According to our company policy we process your refund within 48 hrs after receiving our product. But sometimes, it can take up to 3-5 days for you to receive the refund.
Before you return our product, you have a legal duty to keep them safe and return them as they were before at the time of order.
As per our company policy we can deduct an amount from the refund to any losses of our product. This deduction may be equal to the cost of the product.
As per consumer contracts information, cancellation & additional charges we will refund the full amount you paid for our product,, within 7 days only.
If our product is not delivered within the time frame as mentioned in our website i.e working (3-5) days which includes (mon-sat) without any public holiday, first we will do re-shipping one more time and if then also product is not delivered, then as per customer demand, we will either take new order or will refund the money with in (3-5) working days.
